In addition to our off-site catering capabilities, our recently remodeled lower level Banquet Facility can also accommodate up to 96 guests on site. Our Michigan and Macatawa rooms can both seat up to 48 guests per side with a minimum of 20 paid adults. Our signature buffets are perfect are perfect for intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, or parties of any kind. Banquet Bars

We have several options available for your guests when it comes to alcoholic beverages. Alcohol for your event is only available at the banquet bar downstairs. Due to capacity constraints on our main level, banquet Guests are prohibited from purchasing drinks from our restaurant bar upstairs. We will not provide saany cocktail services. A $50 bar fee added to the final bill is all that is required to have this convenience for your guests.

$50 bar fee and a 20% service charge is required for bar services. Gratuity not included.

Cash Bar

This option will make your own private bar available to your guests on the lower level. Guests can run their own tabs and would be responsible for their own alcoholic purchases.

Beer and Wine

A traditional, budget friendly option, that allows your guests to choose from our selection of house wines, draft and bottled beers and ciders. An itemized bill of consumed beverages will be added to your bill when your event has ended.

The Fine Print

Banquet Room Rental Rates

Luncheons (11am – 4pm):

Use of our space for up to 2 hours with no room charge. Additional time billed at $30 per half hour.

Evening (after 4pm):

Our lower level Macatawa Room can seat 20-48 people and requires a $100 banquet room charge and a minimum of 20 paid guests.

Our lower level Michigan Room can seat up to 48 guests and requires a $100 banquet room charge and a minimum of 20 paid guests.

Groups of 49 or more (or people who would like a little more space) will be charged $200 for use of both rooms (opened up to one large room) for 2 hours and a minimum of 49 paid guests. Both rooms together can seat a maximum of 96 guests.

Wedding receptions, reunions or other special events requiring a longer time period, require a $500 banquet room charge and a minimum of 49 paid guests. This includes full use of the full lower level and will be available the day of the event from 10am for decorating, until 10:00pm. Music must end by 10:00pm so everything can be cleaned up and out of the room by 11pm.

All guests must be out of the banquet rooms by 10:30pm so our servers can clear your party.


Banquet Room bookings include 2 hours of room/service time. Room/service time starts precisely at your scheduled booking start time.

If you require additional time, additional

room/service fees are as follows:

10-20 ppl $20 per 1/2 hour

21-50 ppl $30 per 1/2 hour

51 or more $50 per 1/2 hour.

Guest Count & Menu Selections

Family style menu selections must be confirmed 1 week prior to the event date and the final guest count must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior. No changes may be made for any reason inside of 24 hours. If your guest count is short the day of the event, you will be required to pay for your confirmed/or minimum required guest count (whichever is higher). In the event that some of your guests fail to arrive, you may ask for their meals to be packaged to go.

Deposit & Final Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Deposit amount is the amount of the room charge. You can call to put this on a credit card OR mail the deposit to 380 Douglas Ave., Holland MI 49424. Please include the reservation name and date with the check. Deposit is due 1 week from the date of booking or your spot may be released. Final payment is due the day of the banquet unless prior arrangements are made. Sorry, we are unable to separate checks for Family Style parties. Only one bill will be provided for the entire group.

Setup / Decorations

Our banquet room tables will be setup with linen tablecloths and napkins. We have round tables that seat 8. Centerpieces may be brought in if desired. Use of glitter or confetti is prohibited and if used a $150 cleaning fee will be charged. No items may be fastened to the walls in any way. Real flame candles are prohibited by law.

Food & Beverage

By State law, NO food or beverage may be brought into our facility. The ONLY exception for this is a cake or cupcakes that are purchased from a licensed bakery. NO cookies, cheesecake or other desserts may be brought in.

Planning Advice

It is important that your event start on time. Please have your guests arrive promptly. We understand that some delays are unavoidable, but our chefs prepare each family style meal to order and time the completion of your meal based on your scheduled time. This allows us to provide the freshest and highest quality product; any unexpected delays can directly affect food quality. It has been our experience that wedding rehearsals run late. Please plan your dinner accordingly to avoid unnecessary fees.

Alcohol For Groups

We offer a full selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. Hosts can choose to put any alcohol on their bill or have guests pay for their own. Just let us know ahead of time how you would like us to handle this.
