Each package listed includes the following:
The choice of two entrées, one potato, one vegetable and one salad with dinner rolls.
Full set up for a double-sided self-serve buffet: linens, chafing dishes, serving utensils, etc.
20% Serving Fee and 6% State Sales Tax added to final invoice, gratuity is not included.
Beechwood Catering is available Monday-Saturday
Casual Buffet Service
High quality disposable plates, cutlery & napkins for each guest.
All menu selections served on the buffet.
BWC staff included to deliver, setup & service the buffet as well as clear plates from guest tables.

Traditional Buffet Service
China dinner plates, stainless flatware, linen napkin & stemmed water glass for each guest.
All menu selections served on the buffet.
Water service to guest tables.
Dessert service with high quality disposable plates & forks.
BWC staff included for buffet set up and servicing, putting out place settings, clearing dishes from guest tables and assisting with dessert.

Traditional PLUS Service
Everything the Traditional Buffet Service Package offers with the following upgrades:
Bowls of Salad Choice & Baskets of Dinner Rolls served to guest tables with Hot Menu selections served on the buffet.
Glass Salad Plate added to place settings.
BWC staff included for buffet set up and servicing, putting out place settings, clearing dishes from guest tables and assisting with dessert.
